These terms keep the website, free audit funnel, workspaces, integrations, and AI-assisted marketing workflows clear.

These Terms govern your access to Agent\c Marketing websites, free audits, workspaces, AI-assisted recommendations, reports, integrations, and related services.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for making sure you have the right to connect any website, ad account, analytics account, or external service.

Accounts and workspaces

You must keep account credentials secure and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace owners are responsible for users invited into their workspace and for reviewing actions before applying them to connected marketing accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agent\c Marketing to break the law, violate platform policies, infringe rights, send harmful content, abuse infrastructure, reverse engineer the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may suspend access if usage creates security, legal, operational, or platform-policy risk.

AI outputs and recommendations

Agent\c Marketing provides AI-assisted strategy, audits, copy, recommendations, and reports. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific business context.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving recommendations before relying on them or applying changes to campaigns, websites, or business operations.

Third-party platforms

The service may integrate with Google, Meta, analytics providers, email tools, payment tools, AI providers, and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, account decisions, rejected ads, tracking limitations, or data returned by those platforms.

Billing and trials

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the pricing or checkout terms shown when you subscribe, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

We own Agent\c Marketing, including the software, design, workflows, templates, and platform materials. You retain ownership of your business content and data.

You give us permission to process your content and data as needed to provide and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, revenue, ad approval, ranking, ROAS, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Agent\c Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
